The room was kept clean and available with a very nice BIG double bed and shower, for instance. Our location was perfect and excellent down the alley.
Unfortunately, there was no menu.

Good budget stay close to Heathrow
Spent a night here and it was pretty chill! The family room was clean and comfy. Had a great time at the bar/lounge area for dinner. The roast was delish, especially for the price! Just wish the noise from below wasn't so loud in the morning. But for a budget spot, it's a solid choice!

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and warm which was great. It was pretty clean too and had everything we needed. The location was close to parks and good for exploring ascot and windsor. Loved the comfy bed, made for a nice sleep.
The breakfast was a mess, there were delays and the food wasn't restocked properly. The sink in our room didn't drain well which was annoying.

I checked into the hotel and found the location perfect for exploring Windsor. The room was quite cozy with a comfortable bed, made for a restful night. I appreciated the hot shower. It felt refreshing after a long travel day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help, they even recommended a great local dining spot when the hotel menu wasn't appealing. The complimentary breakfast offered a fair variety. I enjoyed the pastries and coffee. The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I noticed some dust and dirt under the bed, disappointing. The check-in process felt a bit chaotic and could use streamlining. I encountered a bit of noise from outside, likely due to the hotel's proximity to the road. It wasn't unbearable but somewhat disruptive during the night. The overall aesthetics of the hotel also appeared outdated and could use a refresh.
